The Liten online shop accepts pre-orders for products that are not yet on sale.

About purchasing pre-order items

Pre-order items and regular items have different delivery and shipping times, so they cannot be added to your cart and ordered together.
If you purchase this item together with a regular product, the shipping times will be different and separate shipping fees will be charged each time.

Payment for pre-order items will be made at the time of ordering.

Delivery time for pre-order items

Pre-ordered items will be shipped within 5 business days of arrival.
If the pre-ordered item you ordered arrives earlier than the delivery date, we will ship it within 5 business days after it arrives.
If you purchase multiple pre-order items with different delivery dates at the same time, your order will be shipped once all items are in stock.

Shipping will be via Sagawa Express nationwide for a flat rate of 800 yen (tax included).

*Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands: 1,500 yen (tax included)

Cancellation, return, and exchange of pre-order items

Pre-order items cannot be cancelled due to customer convenience after the sales period has passed.
Pre-order items can be cancelled during the sales period.
Please note that we cannot accept size exchanges, refunds or returns for pre-order items unless the product is defective.

*If a defective product is out of stock, we will provide a refund.
*If the product is defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.
